Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Unopened Package Return Window

If you receive your order and decide not to proceed with the herbal course, you may return the package within 7 days of delivery, provided the bottle seal is completely intact, undamaged, and unopened.

2. Damaged or Tampered Parcel Replacement

If your package arrives damaged in transit or the tamper-evident induction seal is broken upon delivery:

• Take a clear photograph of the parcel and damaged bottle.
• Send the photograph to our official WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement unit at zero additional cost.

3. Opened / Consumed Product Rules

Due to health and hygiene standards governing ingestible herbal medicines and botanical capsules, opened bottles or consumed capsules cannot be returned to inventory. We encourage all customers to consult our practitioners before ordering to ensure optimal product selection.

4. Refund Disbursement Process

Once an eligible returned unopened package is received at our central facility in Karachi and verified by our quality team, refunds are issued within 2 to 3 business days via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
