1. No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of our herbal formulations and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect or missing

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or partial refund after review.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Product is out of stock and cannot be delivered

• Damaged or wrong item was delivered and return is approved

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Products purchased during promotions or sales

• Items returned without original packaging

• Herbal remedies used or tampered with

5. Policy Changes

Wasib Dawakhana reserves the right to amend this policy. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
